CHEERFUL CAT (7) was in the money two starts back at Eagle Farm then missed the frame but was not too far away last time over 7f at this track. Backmarker who gets home hard. Tough to beat on best. Can open winning account. STATE A FACT (15) missed the frame when resuming last start over 7f at Eagle Farm but wasn't all that far from the winner. Will find this easier. Will be hard to stop. SNOW SHOW (6) wasn't far away on debut last start over 7f at this track, finishing fifth and beaten 1.3 lengths. Must be included among the main hopes. CAESAR CAKE (10) returns after seven months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 1m at this track. Placed in a recent trial. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
