ITALIAN DANCER (9) got off the mark when resuming from a lay-off over 5f at this track last start, scoring by a nose. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Big chance to go back-to-back. PINKUS (4) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 11 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 7f at this track, beaten 1.4 lengths. Placed to advantage and can make his presence felt. JUNGLE LAW (7) registered a strong win at Eagle Farm two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when prominent at the corner before finishing sixth over 6¾f at Doomben, beaten 3 lengths. Perfectly placed and is sure to make amends. KAMARIYA (13) strode forward early from her wide draw to settle just off the lead last start then lifted to score by 0.8 lengths at Gatton over 7f. Solid top-three chance.
