OCEAN ANNA (13) is a nicely bred three-year-old filly making her first appearance at the races. By Ocean Park from the former top race mare Brianna who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Has only trialled once and was successful at Eagle Farm. Has a nice gate and can open her account straight away. HE GOES BOOM (5) is a four-start maiden who returned last time and finished tenth at this track over 6f, beaten 3.5 lengths. Chance to break his maiden status with that run under his belt. KIWI SPIRIT (7) is appearing for the first time. By Grunt and is out of the Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald stable. Looks forward enough after a Eagle Farm trial win. Bold showing expected. BEFORE THE THUNDER (1) was in the firing line on the bend and finished second last start over 7f at this track, beaten half a length. Should be cherry-ripe. Likely improver with solid prospects.
