MERCHANT FLYER (5) broke his maiden last start over 1m1/4f at Beaudesert, scoring by 1.3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Justin P Stanley who was on board last start. Sure to prove tough to beat again with that win now under his belt. KALENDS (2) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1m1/4f at Beaudesert, beaten 3.5 lengths. That followed a win at Doomben at the previous outing. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. AU REVOIR (14) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 3 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m1/4f at Ipswich. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. DEAL AN ACE (20) finished 5.5 lengths away in eighth last start over 1m1/4f at Ipswich in a disappointing performance. Deserves another chance.
