RIO CORRIENDO (6) finished 6 lengths away in seventh last time out over 7½f at Mornington two-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Should be in the finish. SAINT WINIFRED (7) is coming along nicely with back-to-back minor placings, the latest when third over 1m1 3/4f at Yarra Valley at her third run in from a lay-off. Jackie Beriman stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Certainly one to consider.
