Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. COMPOSITE ACTION (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Colac, beaten 2.25 lengths into seventh. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. DIBALTA (3) settled well back then made some inroads and finished one length away in fifth last time out over 7f82yards at Penshurst three weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Blinkers removed. One of the main hopes. CALLAWADDA (1) is a four-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 11 lengths when eighth over 1m at Moonee Valley. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat.
