One of the genuine hopes in the race. RAPT (7) was responsible for a solid effort last time out when third at Newcastle over 6½f, beaten a long neck. Cherry-ripe now. Ashley Morgan sticks. Fitter and a likely improver. GAGO (2) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when sixth, beaten 6 lengths, over 7½f at Newcastle. Nicely placed to make amends. PARISIAN ROSE (5) tackled city class last start when fifth over 7f at Randwick Kensington. Should be poised just off the lead. Solid claims on best form.
