BIG EGO (16) returns from a lay-off of nine weeks and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished fourth at Aqueduct (Dirt) over 1m when when resuming last time in work. Hard to beat despite the layoff. JUDGE RULES (2) is still a maiden after nine starts. Managed to find the placings at Aqueduct (Turf) two starts back before finishing fifth over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf) last time. Cannot be left out of calculations. CATTANI (8) was close to a maiden win before a ten months break, finishing off with a placing over 1m1/2f at Aqueduct (Turf). Can pick up where he left off. Rates highly and is one of the main hopes. MAZZEI (10) was never in contention last time over 5½f at this track (Turf) when he finished seventh, beaten 13 lengths. Among the chances in what looks a nice race for him.
