COGBURN (4) jaipur Stakes winner. Returns from the paddock after closing last prep with two consecutive wins, the most recent over 5½f in the G1 Jaipur Stakes at this track (Turf). Will find this a little easier than last start. Leading contender. Group 2 winner BIG INVASION (6) finished 0.3 lengths from the winner in second last start over 6f at Aqueduct (Turf). Form here strong boasting two wins from four starts. Among the leading chances. OUTLAW KID (2) has returned in good shape this campaign. Opened with a second at Laurel (Turf) two starts back then scored by 0.3 lengths last time out over 6f at Aqueduct (Turf). Flavien Prat scored on him last time and retains the ride. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. Group 2 placegetter STEP FORWARD (3) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a eighth, beaten 2.75 lengths, over 5½f at this track (Turf). Will find this much tougher but is ready for the challenge.
