STOP DIGGING (2) continued the good recent form when she finished just half a length away in second last time out over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Should be poised just off the lead. Expected to be in the finish. SMILING LADY (3) ran eighth at her latest appearance over 6f at Pleasanton, clocking in 10 lengths from the winner. Will prove hard to beat. NANCI GRIFFITH (6) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 1m at this track (Turf), finishing third and beaten 1.1 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. DENDERA (1) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 5 lengths into fourth over 6½f at this track. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
