STYLE CAT (5) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back in Listed grade at Del Mar (Dirt) with a win as public elect over 5f at Del Mar (Turf) four weeks ago, getting home by half a length after being prominent at the bend. No reason he cannot salute again. PANUCO (1) hit the frame with a 0.7 lengths third on turf at Del Mar two starts back. Disappointed last time though, again on the turf, at Del Mar over 5f when 5 lengths from the winner in sixth. Worth following up back on dirt. ONE SMOKIN DUDE (2) accounted for a maiden field over 6f at Los Alamitos (Dirt) last start, finishing 1.5 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Re-unites with Kyle Frey who was on board last start. Harder this time but still one to consider. SILVERADO STORM (3) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Del Mar, beaten 7 lengths into fifth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
