PICKING IT UP (4) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 7f at Del Mar (Dirt) 19 months ago and has not appeared since. Promising type who can measure up again. MOBE TOWN (2) broke his maiden four starts back and has not been far away since, most recently when beaten 0.3 lengths into second over 6f at this track (Dirt). Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Expecting a bold showing. THALES (5) just missed last time when 0.1 lengths away in second at this track (Dirt) over 5½f. Leading player again. CAROL'S COMIC (1) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when sixth over 5½f at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.
