LOVELYCUT (2) is a handy type who resumes after a break of nine months. At her last appearance she finished seventh over 1m in the G1 Thousand Guineas at Caulfield, beaten 2.75 lengths. Fitter for four trials, filling a minor placing at her most recent appearance. Goes well when fresh including a win and one minor placings. Leading contender on best figures. DON'T RUSSIA (10) gave away a start then stormed home to win over 5f at Bairnsdale last time out. Winning rider Craig Newitt sticks. Capable of running a bold race.
