MACHIAVELLI (1) ran well on debut last start to finish second over 1f31yards at this track (Dirt) in a tougher race. Likely improver so he shouldn't be a maiden for long. HOCKSAREBACK (3) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1½f at this track (Dirt) when second, beaten a nose. Will benefit from that experience so he should be in the finish again. SHEZ FLYN (7) found one marginally better last start over 1½f at this track (Dirt) after being prominent throughout. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. DNA (8) was safely held and never threatened last time when tenth at Group 3 level at this track (Dirt) but gets some weight relief. Better than last start and can improve sharply.
