RUN LIKE DA DEVIL (3) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 4 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1f130yards at this track (Dirt). Among the top chances in what looks a most suitable race. THANK KVIN (2) resumed over 1f80yards and turned in a fair run to finish ninth at this track (Dirt). With the run under his belt the extra ground looks a plus and should be much improved. PYC ROYAL TIME (4) returned from a lay-off four weeks ago when he was in the firing line on the corner before being beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth over 3f213yards at this track. Won't find this as tough so he is a leading contender. JESS A SMARTY PANTS (8) is a three-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Angel Sanchez barn. Resumes after finishing seventh at Will Rogers Downs (Dirt) at his last run six-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Not to be underestimated.
