SHOCK (4) recorded his first win last start over 1m at Pakenham, getting home by 0.8 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Capable of taking the next step. GOVERNOR KING (2) wound up nicely last time over 7½f at Bendigo to finish sixth. Looks suited first attempt at this trip and should be tough to stop again. SETTAT (3) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 3 lengths away in sixth over 1m3/4f at Geelong. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp. MOSCOW RED (10) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time before finding the line strongly to score by one length over 1m at Seymour. Solid top-three prospects.
