LOWLANDS (10) was thereabouts last time out when third at Ballarat over 6f, beaten 1.5 lengths. Cherry-ripe now. Sure to go well. BENRIACH (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Moe, beaten 9 lengths into seventh. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. ARSENALE (8) was never in contention when resuming last start over 5½f at Bendigo, finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths. Must be respected. AHRKAYE (7) returns from a lay-off of ten weeks. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when fifth over 5f122yards at this track. One to consider.
