BLUE RAY (3) returns from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished fourth at Sunshine Coast over 6½f when when resuming last time in work. Placed in a recent trial. Sure to prove tough to beat. SANTORINI SUMMER (6) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 6½f at this track after he came with a powerful finish. Will drift back but wind up late. Finds a suitable race and can make it to the winner's circle. BUSH DIAMOND (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 5¼f at this track. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. CITY PLAYBOY (4) improved sharply last time out to score by 0.8 lengths over 1m at Townsville two-and-a-half weeks ago. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
