ZAVALA (4) reunites with F Wethey Jr after scoring with ease over 6f at Lone Star Park (Dirt) last time. Is yet to miss the frame from six starts this campaign, including three wins. Expected to be in the finish. SUMMER IN MALIBU (1) got well back over 5f at this track (Dirt) last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 8 lengths away in sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. HE SAID WAIT (3) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 6½f at Listed level at Fair Meadows (Dirt) after being in contention all the way. Drawn to stalk the leaders. Ideally placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. MAGIC CASTLE (7) raced on the pace over 6f at Louisiana Downs (Dirt) last time and went on to win by 0.3 lengths. Lindey Wade who has two wins when partnering stays on. Not to be discounted.
