Group 3 placegetter CHICA MOJITO (12) doesn't win out of turn but was in the finish last time when beaten 0.6 lengths into second over 7½f at Rosehill. Settles back early but winds up late. Best form puts her right in this. SNOWMAN (10) Group 2 placegetter. Missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race and finished 3 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m at this track after being in contention on the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. Group 3 placegetter OVERRIDING (8) is ticking along okay with two runs this time in. Improved last time out when third, beaten 1.3 lengths, in the G3 Tibbie Stakes at Newcastle over 7f. Facing a tougher assignment but should be competitive. Group 3 winner QUEEN OF DRAGONS (11) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 5 lengths away in tenth over 7f at Newcastle. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
