Was well-fancied when resuming last start but could only manage fifth, beaten 3 lengths, over 5f in the G3 Concorde Stakes at this track. Expected to run well. MAZU (3) Group 1 winner. Is a genuine six-year-old gelding who resumed with a solid third last time out in the G2 The Shorts at this track over 5½f. Should be in the finish. Stradbroke Handicap winner THINK ABOUT IT (2) finished off last campaign with a fifth over 6½f in the G1 Kingsford Smith Cup at Eagle Farm on June 1 beaten 3.5 lengths. Has a great record when fresh with four wins from five runs and placed in his last when resuming run, looks a solid top-three hope.
