HEART OF VANCOUVER (7) was a determined winner last time at Sapphire Coast, scoring by a nose over this distance. Nice weight drop so another bold showing is expected. SOARING PHOENIX (13) showed good pace and went on to score by 2 lengths last time out over 5f at Muswellbrook. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. TAI LUNG (10) has been freshened since finishing 6 lengths away in 13th over 6f at this track. Open to plenty of improvement. FLORINO (1) finished second at this track and distance at his last appearance eight months ago. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
