DANTELA (1) wound up strongly last time out to finish 1.1 lengths adrift in third over 6¼f at Morphettville Parks. Sound record at this distance with three wins and eight minor placings from 15 runs and is a leading contender. CLASSY BANNER (2) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time and stalked the lead before fading to finish eighth over 6¼f at Morphettville Parks. Sure to be prominent from the outset. SIR TOOP (15) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on December 8 finishing tenth and beaten 9 lengths over 6¼f at this track. Among the better hopes. DIAMONDS ARE (5) finished a 5 length fifth on turf at this track two starts ago. Much better last time though, following up with success on the dirt at Ceduna over 1m two weeks ago. In form and bold showing expected again.
