VALKUR (12) should be peaking now after finishing third over 6f at Mildura last time at the third run of the campaign. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Best form puts her right in this. CAVALLINO (8) finished third, beaten 3 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f213yards at this track after she was in contention on the bend. Nicely placed to go a couple better. CHUCKAMICKY (9) has been racing in great heart with two top-three finishes on end, the latest a second over 5½f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. Lay-off. Capable of featuring prominently.
