LORD WIMBORNE (1) improved last start to finish second over 1m at Fresno after being prominent at the corner. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. WINE AND WHISKY (6) made it two wins in succession last start when he scored by 1.5 lengths over 1m1/2f at Fresno (Dirt). Meeting a tougher field but on current form he is good enough to take this out. AMANOFMYSTATURE (5) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 3 lengths when fourth over 6f at Fresno four weeks ago. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. BESKAR (2) did a great job to score by 1.3 lengths over this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Likely to be there at the finish again.
