ROUNDABOUT GLORY (1) is a two-start maiden who was unplaced on debut then improved to finish second last time over 5½f at Bunbury, beaten a long neck. Hard to beat. WESTERN POWER (4) ran a fair race on debut last time out, beaten 2.5 lengths into sixth over 6f at this track on December 13. One of the contenders. BIRD ON A WIRE (8) is a three-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 1.3 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f120yards at Bunbury. Bold showing expected with added fitness this time.
