RIBBONS AND MEDALS (1) showed early speed from an outside draw last start and raced on the pace before boxing on well to finish second, beaten half a length, over 5½f at Finger Lakes (Dirt). Hard to beat in this suitable race. KAZ Set Weights EET HEIST (6) started this campaign with a win two runs ago. Less impressive last time out when fifth over 6f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and three minor placings. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. SAPONARA (8) proved too strong last start and scored by one length over 6f at this track (Dirt). Has a decent record at this track with three wins and two minor placings from seven starts. Strong winning hope again. I ONCE STOOD ALONE (2) won at this track (Dirt) two starts ago but was below his best at a more recent appearance, finishing fifth over 6f at this track (Dirt). Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
