BRAQUET (5) was a gutsy winner two runs back then ran fifth over 7f at Woodbine on December 7. Rates highly and expected to go well. MELODIOUS SINGER (1) went to the paddock after scoring at her only appearance last prep 11 weeks ago over 6f at this track (Dirt). Form here at this distance is sound with nine wins and four minor placings from 18 starts. Best form puts her right in this. G'S FIREBALL (6) was always well back last time and never really threatened when fourth over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Sound record at this distance with two wins and four minor placings from nine runs and has to be respected. BELLA PRIMA (7) was beaten 2.75 lengths into fifth in a 6½f contest at Parx last time out. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
