SAISIR LE JOUR (3) is back from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Closed last prep with a eighth, beaten 23 lengths, over 1m at Laurel. Will prove tough to beat. MAGIC PATH (5) will find this a little easier than his second on debut five-and-a-half weeks ago, beaten 5.5 lengths at the end of 1m at this track (Dirt). Promising type with improvement to come so he can feature again. EAST AURORA (8) was in the money two starts back at this track then missed the frame but was not too far away last time over 1m at this track (Dirt). Backmarker who keeps coming. Suited here and can sneak into the finish.
