CRICKET WEST (7) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1m1/4f at this track (Dirt) after being in the firing line all the way. Nicely placed to find winning ways. SERENE WARRIOR (4) could only manage second as favourite last start over 1m at this track (Dirt) after being in contention on the corner, making it three minor placings from four starts this campaign. Big run on the cards. SPECTACULLARI (9) is having her first run since June 15. Has never missed the top-three at the start of her campaigns, and she did win over 1m at this track at the start of last prep. Makes plenty of appeal. HELLO GRACIE (8) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 5½f at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
