HELOVAWIN (1) was well fancied on debut last start and was not far off the mark, finishing second and beaten a long neck over 5f at Cranbourne. Likely improver who is expected to be in the finish. SCIENCE DEGREE (3) finished second, beaten a nose, over 5f at Stony Creek on debut four-and-a-half months ago and has been kept under wraps since. Fitter for a fourth in a trial over 4f at Bendigo. Sure to have improved over the break and is a leading contender. LOVES AFFECTION (8) raced on the speed last time but couldn't finish the race off and clocked-in eighth over 6½f at Echuca. Expected to feature in the finish this time. SEPOLNO (9) raced on the speed last time but couldn't finish the race off and clocked-in fourth over 6½f at Cranbourne. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes.
