OCEAN PROUD (12) is still a maiden after three runs. Was popular in betting last time out but didn't live up to market expectations, finishing tenth over 6f at Toowoomba. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. SASHABELLA (8) drifted back from her wide draw last time then hit the line hard to finish third at Forbes over 6½f. Expected to prove tough to hold out again. HOLY MACKEREL (6) finished second, beaten a long neck, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at Moree after she was prominent at the corner. Ready to go one better. IT'S SHOWTIME (1) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Tamworth over 6f. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
