NAMADJI (10) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing third and beaten only 2.25 lengths over 1m2 1/4f at Mt Gambier after being in the firing line on the turn. Faces an easier assignment so he is all set to build on that latest effort. SHARMA PRINCESS (11) has been in the market at her last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing seventh over 1m2 1/4f at Strathalbyn. Rates highly on best figures. ENRICO PALLAZZO (13) made significant late ground last start to get up for third over 1m3f at Hamilton. Best form puts him right in this. APPLIED (14) has not won for a long while. Last raced on November 24 when beaten 3.5 lengths into ninth at Strathalbyn over 1m2 1/4f. Has the class to take this out.
