PULVERISER (1) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 1m2 1/2f at Penola. Drawn out but does go back and work into his races. Will prove hard to hold out. KING OF AVALON (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m3f at Balaklava, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth. Finds a more suitable contest and can take this out. D'ISLES (9) started at 17/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 2.25 lengths at Balaklava over 1m3f. Faces an easier assignment so she is likely to play a big role. MANGIONE (2) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a head over 1m2f at Edenhope. Best figures measure up. Set to run well again.
