Group 3 placegetter CAWDOR (1) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 2 lengths over 7¾f at Morphettville Parks. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is sure to be right there at the finish. SILENT DON (5) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was always well out of his ground over 7¾f at Morphettville Parks, beaten 9 lengths into ninth. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. MARACOURT (4) was sent out favourite last time and was not far from the winner when third over 7f at this track after he gave away a big start. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. One of the better hopes. BONNIE GANGSTER (6) is close to breaking through with three placings from five outings this campaign, last time out finishing second over 1m at this track. Sure to be about the mark again.
