SENSEI LAWRENCE (4) saluted at Mahoning Valley two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when prominent at the corner before finishing second over 6f at Mahoning Valley, beaten 0.8 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. KOSHER COWBOY (1) is back from a five months lay-off and he does run well when resuming, including a win over 4½f at this track at the start of last prep. Will be hard to stop. WILLISTON WAY (6) comes here off a break of five months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 4½f at this track. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with four minor placings. Definite top-three chance. LITTLE ROO ROO (5) was last at the races when he finished fourth over 4½f at Charles Town (Dirt) on November 16. Makes plenty of appeal.
