FLICK ROLL (5) went to the lead from the low draw last time out and was still there on straightening, eventually finishing second over 5f at Colac. Well-placed and is going to prove tough to run down. DAISYDOO (9) missed the placings on debut two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5¼f at Balaklava. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. SHIMSHALAR (7) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 4½f at Murray Bridge four-and-a-half months ago. A bright return is expected. NYEVE (6) is a five-year-old mare at the races for the first time. From a family of winners, being by Dedline from Wise As An Owl. Has not trialled prior to coming here. Promising type who can play a big role.
