Callan Murray gets the best out of this four-year-old mare. Won't find this as tough so she is likely to play a big role. JIMMYS EDGE (6) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Balaklava, finishing second and only 1.75 lengths from the winner at the end of 5¼f after being in the firing line on the turn. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. ALPHA FLIGHT (1) finished third last time over 5¼f at Balaklava, beaten 3 lengths. Yet to miss the placings in four starts over this course and distance. Ready to go a couple better. GILDED LADY (13) was sent out at long odds last time but ran above expectations to finish fourth, beaten only 0.9 lengths, over 5f at Port Lincoln. Among the fringe chances.
