IRRESISTIBLE SIR (2) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 5.5 lengths back in tenth over 7f at Werribee. Will be on the speed in transit and is expected to take some running down. MIDIVANI (13) finished 5 lengths from the winner in seventh last start over 6½f at Bendigo, an improvement on her 11th at Benalla the run before. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. WIND DREAMER (7) did little and finished 5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 5f at Stony Creek last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Hanging Rock the run before. Likely improver with strong prospects. BUSH CHRISTMAS (8) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 7 lengths over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside. Has her share of talent and can do a lot better.
