STELLARS IN CHARGE (1) was sent forward last time out and boxed on to finish a nose from the winner in second at Thistledown (Dirt) over 5½f. Is going okay this campaign, recording three wins and five minor placings from 10 starts. Should be in the finish. CHARTER OAK (4) started at 17/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 6 lengths at Keeneland (Dirt) over 6½f. This is a nice drop in grade so he is set to turn things around. BRIT'S CANDYMAN (5) was a dominant winner last time over 6f at Delaware Park (Dirt), getting home by 2 lengths. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Winning claims on best figures. ROCK CITY ROCKET (3) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished second, beaten 5 lengths, over 6f at Prairie Meadows (Dirt). Taking on a better line-up this time but he is good enough to play a major role.
