BUCKEYE RED (7) turned in a modest performance when second last time out over 6f at this track, beaten 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. OHIO STRONG (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 7 lengths into fifth. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. RED COMET (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 20 lengths into sixth. No surprise to see him in the frame.
