ROSY APPLE (3) was well fancied last start over 5½f at this track (Dirt) when fourth, beaten 3 lengths. Has the blinkers removed. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. LA REINA DEL NORTE (2) finished out of the money two starts back then she settled well back and was beaten 14 lengths when sixth in a 6f contest at this track six-and-a-half weeks ago. Has the class to put the recent run of form behind her. LUCKY ROAD (8) was prominent at the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 5½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. WOLF EYES (4) resumes. After filling a minor placing at her only appearance last prep at mountaineer park (dirt) over 1m1 1/2f on august 27. Has switched to the Robert Guciardo yard over the break. Sure to make her presence felt.
