FERGHANA (6) backs up four days after he was well-supported at Longreach and finished second over 6½f. Good effort last start and will be hard to beat. HOLY CROWN (9) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 5.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5f185yards at Gympie. Meets some better types this time but she has the talent to test this line-up. SPIRITED SMILE (4) accounted for a maiden field over 6f at Yeppoon last start when fresh from a break. Re-unites with Ryan Wiggins who was on board last start. Harder task ahead this time but can measure up. TRICKETEER (1) improved last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 5f at Yeppoon. Suitably placed so he can feature again.
