Record at this journey is impressive with two wins and two placings from five runs and is sure to go well. COWBOY MIKE (2) returns after a lay-off of 12 weeks. Looking to emulate his win at Santa Anita at the beginning of last prep. Expect him to play a major role. MAN O ROSE (4) had been in sparkling form winning four races on end but missed the frame most recently when sixth over 5f at Del Mar (Turf). Edwin Maldonado who has scored on him six times retains the mount. Has winning claims on best figures. COALINGA ROAD (7) finished 2 lengths from the winner in fifth last time out over 1m1/2f at Listed level at Del Mar (Turf) on August 3. Still to win at the trip but goes well, placing at all five starts and cannot be taken lightly.
