LEADING THE PACE (7) is having his first run since winning by 2.5 lengths four weeks ago over 5½f at Santa Rosa. Has transferred to the Francisco Rodriguez stable over the break. Expecting a seamless transition. BEER MONEY (5) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 16 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when seventh over 5f at Del Mar, beaten 5 lengths. Edwin Maldonado gets the best out of this three-year-old colt. Won't find this as tough so he is sure to be prominent. IMPEACHALOT (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Del Mar, beaten 4 lengths into tenth. Finds a nice race and can take this out. GOSTOSO (2) brings the right form to this race after taking out a 4f124yards contest at Los Alamitos Qh last time out by half a length. Should be involved in the finish.
