ISLAND LIFE (4) got the prize two runs ago at Los Alamitos. Not as effective last time out when fourth over 4f124yards at this track, beaten 4 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. CORUSCATION (6) is a distance specialist who missed the placings two runs back then settled well back last start when 12 lengths away in eighth over 5f at Del Mar. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including eight wins. Adrian Escobedo gets the best out of this five-year-old mare. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is perfectly placed to score. TROUBLE N PARADISE (1) has been thereabouts without winning, the most recent offering a second at Los Alamitos (Dirt) over 5½f when she was beaten 1.3 lengths. Has won six races at this course and distance from 10 tries. One of the main contenders. WRONG TURN CUPID (3) finished 6 lengths back in fifth over 4f124yards at this track (Dirt) last time out after a gutsy win two runs back. Edgar Payeras who has scored on her three times retains the mount. Don't underestimate.
