HOGMANAY (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when fourth over 5f at Golden Gate Fields six weeks ago after being in contention on the turn. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. PRINCE GRAYGRAY (8) was an impressive winner last time over 4½f at this track (Dirt), leading throughout and putting 5 lengths on his rivals. Expected to take some stopping again. ZHIVAGO (4) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 4f124yards at this track, beaten only 0.8 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. CRESTONIAN (6) was comfortably accounted for when fourth last time out over 4f124yards at this track, beaten 5 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. Worth plenty of thought.
