BLASTED EAGLE (12) is a talented filly who tackled tougher grade last time, finishing 3 lengths behind Joose Boxx over 1f130yards in Group 1 class at Retama Park (Dirt). Can feature in this easier company. SHAY (1) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at her second outing when in contention on the corner, finishing half a length from the winner in second at the end of 1f80yards at Retama Park. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. PURA CALIDAD (4) ran a better race last start at her second appearance, finishing second over 1f31yards at Gillespie County Fairground (Dirt). Can improve further and should be in the finish. GO EAGLE BE FAMOUS (2) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of four months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1f31yards at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Rates highly on best form and should be in the mix.
