Was prominent throughout and finished 0.3 lengths from the winner in second last start over 1m1f at this track (Dirt). Must be included on the strength of that form. BILL OF RIGHTS (4) closed last campaign with three consecutive minor placings and is back. After a break of six-and-a-half months. Should park just off the speed. Sure to be in the finish. JAY (1) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage eighth over 7f at this track (Dirt). Likely improver worth including. GATTO BE PROUD (6) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 6f at Delaware Park, beaten only 0.3 lengths. This looks a good race for him and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
