DON'T GIVE UP (14) was prominent from the outset on debut last time out, holding on well for second over 7f21yards at this track. Likely improver so a big run is anticipated. SIR JAG (3) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing fifth and beaten 3 lengths starting at 6/1. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. DISTRUSTFUL AWARD (2) settled at the rear then stoked up nicely in the straight to finish fifth over 1m here last time. Can feature in the finish. CAPTAIN TAZ (1) settled well back and failed to live up to expectations over 6f207yards at Hobart last time out when in the market. That followed a good third the run prior. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
